Take a Tour of Kendall Jenner's New $25,000 a Month Crash Pad

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians sister needed a rental spot as her $8.55M home undergoes renovations.

Kendall Jenner is renovating the Beverly Hills mansion that she paid $8.55 million for in 2017, so she wanted to find a humble little crash pad for the summer for her and boyfriend Ben Simmons, who is a point guard for the Philadelphia 76ers. What's humble in Kendall Jenner's world? A two-story, five bedroom home in West Hollywood that comes with a rental cost of a mere $25,000 per month.

Let's be nosy non-neighbors and see what the lovebirds get for that price. The home, built just five years ago, was constructed to allow seamless lines between indoor and outdoor, so you can slide open doors and enjoy the outdoor space, which includes a swimming pool and spa. The master bedroom also includes a spa-like tub.

With West Hollywood's climate, swimming is possible pretty much year-round, at just about any time of day.

The luxurious open kitchen blends with the family room, which is perfect for entertaining.

The master bedroom is its own little oasis of opulence.

This should do just fine for the summer, right, Kendall?
